Pi, Greek letter (π), is the symbol for the ratio of the circumference of a circle to its diameter. Pi Day is celebrated by math enthusiasts around the world on March 14th. Pi = 3.1415926535…World is celebrating today Pi day and also this day coincides with Great Albert Einstein Birthday. Pi day is celebrated because it resembles Pi value 3.14.Albert Einstein Birthday is also celebrated today on March 14. This great Nobel Prize winner scientist born on March 14 1879 and is famous for his theory of Relativity e=mc^2.With Sunday having been the 14th day of the third month, Pi day was officially celebrated at 1.59pm (it's a number geek thing).
